    Refund Policy

Due to the limited class size, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations.  If you need to cancel your participation, please inform us as soon as possible.  We strongly encourage you to find another veterinarian in your clinic to take your place if you have a schedule conflict.  If you must cancel your participation, we will attempt to fill your place.  If we are able to fill your spot with another, we will refund your class tuition minus 10% admin fees.  Note that it can be very difficult to fill last-minute openings.  If we are unable to find a replacement, we will not be able to refund your tuition.  We strongly recommend that you purchase trip insurance to avoid the expense of a class cancellation.  Trip insurance policies can potentially reimburse you for tuition, canceled lodging deposits, unused airplane flights, and all other trip costs you may have already incurred.
