We felt listened to and heard, and we knew Kai was in good hands throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent both before and after dropping Kai off. Jessica explained everything thoroughly, and Dr. Redman conducted her assessment with us in the room. We received updates when Kai was about to go under anesthesia, and Dr. Redman called us with the good news once the X-rays and scans were completed. Jessica also phoned us as Kai was waking up to arrange a pickup time. We even appreciated the follow-up call two days later to check on Kai's recovery.

Dr. Redman spent a great amount of time with me prior to my dog’s 2 surgeries. It was amazing how they were able to bring in another Vet to remove the mass on my dog’s leg prior to Dr. Redman’s surgery on my dog. Therefore, he did not have to have anesthesia twice. Kendra at the front desk desk is great & extremely efficient. Dr. Lineberger, who had removed my dog’s mass, had also spent a great amount of time prior to surgery explaining everything in detail. Our Chorkie has several heath issues, including chronic degenerative valve disease, pulmonary hypertension (heart murmur), and elevated kidney levels. Her teeth were in very poor condition (common in small dogs). After the consultation, we felt comfortable going forward with the dental work required. We were updated during the process. During the procedure, they discovered she had an oronasal fistula. They took great care of our dog and provided us with what we needed to make sure her healing process was as painless as possible. We highly recommend Dr. Redman and her team. Our dog is recovering nicely and we already see an improvement with her energy and overall well-being.
