If your pet has suffered trauma to the face or head, please take them to an emergency hospital first to get appropriate stabilization and pain control. Contact us during business hours for information about transferring your pet to us for fracture repair. At Animal Dental Care and Oral Surgery Fort Collins, we can perform cone beam CT to fully assess and plan treatment of maxillofacial injuries. Some patients may need a feeding tube while they are healing. We will continue to see your pet for follow-up visits during this process, with the goal of restoring a functional, pain-free mouth.
